“Sales and Marketing Executive”
- Cleaning and segmenting the database
- Managing the nurturing & drip campaigns
- Creating email calendars & briefs for the non-automated sends
- Monitoring and reporting email
- Continually testing segments & creatives
- Sharing insights with the team
- Work with relevant stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of all email communication
- Keeping up to date with the most effective email marketing practices
We are looking for:
- Fluent in Written & Spoken English (other languages is a plus)
- Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
- Highly Motivated and hard worker with “can-do” attitude

“Conference Producer Executive"
As a Conference Producer you will have a naturally curious personality and a desire to learn about business and how changes in industries can affect the world today. You will take full responsibility for your Conference from day one!
- Produce up to 12 virtual or physical conferences annually
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Create a conference program with researched topics
- Research market for topics of commercially successful projects
- Search and communicate with a high-level speakers via phone and email
- Prepare project briefs and present to sales and marketing teams
- Keeping sales and marketing updated with product knowledge and changes
- Assuring that events are produced at a high-quality level and on time
- Selecting attractive topics based on regular research and feasibility analyses
- Travel to the physical events or attend a virtual to assist in running events and gather market intelligence useful in product development
We are looking for:
