TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full is required within five (5) business days from the registration date and includes lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials. Full Payment must be received prior to the conference date, otherwise R&Y International reserves the right to reject attendance of the event.
Confirmation
We will confirm your participation after receiving signed registration form. The delegate will receive the invoice within 24hrs of sending the signed form. The venue details will be sent two to three weeks before the start of the conference. Cancellation policy
You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to R&Y International. All cancellations received 30 days prior the conference or in case of non-attendance – no free cancellation applicable, 31 to 60 days prior the conference – 50% participation fee can be refunded, more than 61 days prior the conference – 75% participation fee can be refunded. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellation should take place in written form. Verbal cancellations are not legally binding. 100% refund is possible in Force Majeure scenarios, such as: sickness of the delegate, forbidden actions of the government authorities, civil strife, epidemic, embargo, earthquakes, conflagrations, inundations and other natural disasters, denial of the visa. All of the above cases must be proved by legal documentation.
R&Y International reserves the right to change the format, speakers, content, venue location, event date and programme or any other aspect of the event as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that R&Y International reschedules or postpones an event for any reason, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the contract fee paid. In the event that R&Y International cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

All Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by R&Y International in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
Data Privacy and Protection
The customer consents that the data submitted in the registration form are correct, the data will be treated as highly confidential, will be kept and used only by R&Y International.
R&Y International is obliged not publish, distribute, sell or make them available to any other parties.
R&Y International claims that it protects personal data in accordance with the regulation EU 2016/679 GDPR
By registering for one of our events, you give us permission to keep you informed of future events and content within your field of interest unless you chose something else on the registration form itself.
We will only send the relevant information (by email, or phone).

Force Majeure
Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing and every effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, unpredictable circumstances might force substitutions, or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. R&Y International reserves the right to modify the panel of speakers and/or topics whenever seen necessary without any liability whatsoever.
R&Y International is obliged to notify any substitutions or alterations to the event agenda and the website. Further claims are excluded.
R&Y International carries no liability whatsoever in the case of extraordinary circumstances, such as and not limited to, Act of God, natural disasters, war, flood, extreme weather that hinders performance of the event in the condition impossibility or impracticality.
